At OUD LOVER Store, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly as possible and with the highest quality. Below are the details of our shipping and delivery operations from our main warehouse in Makkah:


1. Shipping Costs (Inside Saudi Arabia):

Orders are shipped to all regions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia according to the following options:

Home Delivery: Fixed shipping fee of 28 .

Pick-up from RedBox lockers: Fixed fee of 15 .

Pick-up from SMSA branch: Fixed fee of 20 .


2. Handling and Delivery Time:

We are committed to transparency regarding delivery schedules based on the following standards:

Handling Time: Orders are processed, packaged, and handed over to the shipping company within 1 - 2 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Transit Time:

Major Cities (Makkah, Jeddah, Riyadh): 1 to 3 business days.

Other Regions in KSA: 3 to 7 business days.

Note: Business days are from Sunday to Thursday, excluding official holidays and Eids.


3. International Shipping:

• We provide international shipping services to our customers outside Saudi Arabia.

Costs: Exact costs appear on the checkout page based on the destination country and weight.

Delivery Duration: May take 7 to 15 business days (depending on the customs procedures of each country).

International Shipping Restrictions:

• We apologize for not shipping liquid products (such as some liquid perfumes) internationally due to international airline policies; shipping for these items is currently limited to within Saudi Arabia only.


4. Order Tracking:

• Once the waybill is issued, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

• You can track your order status directly through your account on our website or via the official websites of our partner carriers (Aramex, SMSA, RedBox, etc.).


5. Customer and Store Responsibility:

• Customers must respond to the shipping courier to coordinate delivery.

Data Modification: The recipient's address cannot be modified after the waybill has been issued.

Non-receipt: If the shipment is returned to the store due to non-receipt by the customer, the customer shall bear the cost of re-shipping.


6. Shipping and Damage Liability:

Scope of Liability: The store's responsibility for the shipment's condition ends once it is handed over to the carrier, as shipments are subject to the third party's storage and transport policies.

Damage and Compensation: Since all shipments from our store are insured, liability for any damage or loss resulting from shipping operations lies with the carrier.

Procedure: If a shipment arrives damaged, the customer must contact the shipping company directly to file a compensation claim. Our team will provide necessary support and documents to facilitate this process.


7. Delay and Follow-up Responsibility:

Tracking Status: For the fastest updates, please contact the shipping company directly using your tracking number.

Liability for Delays: OUD LOVER is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, customs procedures, or any logistics circumstances beyond our control.

Our Commitment: While delays are outside our authority, we commit to supporting you and following up with the carrier if the expected duration is exceeded.
