Terms and Conditions - OUD LOVER Store
Welcome to Oud Lover. These terms and conditions apply to the store and all of its sections and branches. By using the store, you agree to abide by the current terms; therefore, please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility and Account
• By using the store, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or are using the store under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• The customer is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of their account data and password.
• The customer bears full responsibility for any activity that occurs under their personal account.
2. Orders and Pricing
• The store reserves the right to accept or cancel orders in cases of (stockouts, pricing errors, manufacturing defects, or damage occurring during product preparation).
• All displayed prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated.
• Product images (especially natural Oud) are considered approximate; shapes and sizes may vary slightly due to the organic nature of the product and photography lighting.
3. Payment Policy
We strive to provide secure and diverse payment options, including:
• Bank Cards: Mada, Visa, and MasterCard.
• Installment Services: Tabby and Tamara (subject to the provider's terms).
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders not exceeding 500 .
• Bank Transfer: A copy of the transfer receipt must be provided to ensure order confirmation.
4. Shipping and Delivery
• Orders are prepared and shipped via approved shipping companies as quickly as possible.
• Shipment Responsibility: The store's direct responsibility ends once the package is handed over to the shipping company, and the customer is provided with a tracking number.
• Non-Receipt: If the customer fails to receive the shipment and it is returned to the store, the customer shall bear the costs of re-shipping.
5. Product Trial Policy (Important)
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we apply the following rules to ensure quality for everyone:
• Oud Wood: A trial of no more than (2 grams) is allowed; any consumption beyond this amount prohibits return.
• Oud Oils & Attars: Must be tested on fabric only; exchange or return is strictly prohibited once they come into contact with the skin for health and hygiene reasons.
• Perfumes: Returns are not accepted after the original packaging has been opened or used, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
6. Intellectual Property
• All content (text, images, logos) is the property of the Oud Lover brand.
• It is strictly prohibited to quote or copy any part of the store's content for commercial purposes without official permission.
7. Law and Jurisdiction
• These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Saudi courts shall have jurisdiction over any dispute that may arise, God forbid, as a result of using the store.
